January Hoboken approves $2 increase for trash pickup HOBOKEN — Door-to-door trash pickup for city residents is rising two dollars a month after a vote and passage of the City of Hoboken city council. The current rate of $17 will increase to $19 February 1, 2025 after a motion by Councilwoman Amy Lee and a second by Councilman Kenny Jordan during the Tuesday, January 7 monthly meeting.
