Marion County Sheriff’s deputies have issued a silver alert for an 90-year-old man diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Officials need help finding Richard Payne, who reportedly left TimberRidge ER on Southwest Highway 200 in Ocala. He was intending to go home. He was stopped by Georgia law enforcement on Thursday and told them he was traveling to Michigan.
