COLUMBUS, Ohio — Nine Medicaid providers and one recipient across Ohio, including several in Greater Cleveland , are accused of stealing a combined $478,000 from the state’s Medicaid program, according to indictments filed by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office.
