Lo was also arrested on March 17 in Atlanta, Georgia, and she was booked into the Fulton County Jail. She is expected to be extradited to Miami-Dade County amid the case. Forti has been charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder and unlawful use of a two-way communications device. Meanwhile, Lo was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and both Le-Nguyen and Ly were charged with possession of a controlled substance. Following the arrests, both Le-Nguyen and Ly were given plea deals by prosecutors, according to NBC Miami . They will both receive five years of probation as part of the deals.
