A 1-year-old Tennessee girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert was found safe last week in Bartow County, according to a Facebook post from Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. TBI issued an Amber Alert on July 29 for Lily Hill, who had last been seen in Winchester, Tennessee, and who was believed to be with her non-custodial mother, Kasey Hill. The two were believed to be traveling in a blue 2017 Kia Sportage with Tennessee plates. Warrants were issued for Hill for aggravated kidnapping, child endangerment and felony evading out of Franklin County, Tennessee, according to the TBI post. “After the alert was shared with [Georgia State Patrol troopers], real-time information from License Plate Reader (LPR) camera system helped responding units track the suspect vehicle’s movement,” said an Aug. 6 Facebook post from the Georgia Department of Public Safety. “Those updates led Georgia State Patrol and the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office to stop the vehicle at a RaceTrac in Bartow County.” Lily was safe, and Hill was taken into custody.
