English will continue to lead the bank’s loan operations department. English began her banking career over 20 years ago. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive knowledge of lending operations and has become a valued member of the Century Bank & Trust team. A lifelong member of the Milledgeville-Baldwin County community, English is a graduate of Baldwin High School, Georgia Military College and Georgia College & State University. She is also a graduate of the Georgia Banking School and the Community Bankers Association of Georgia (CBA) Leadership Academy. “Amber has been an incredible asset to Century Bank & Trust, and this promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her dedication, experience, and leadership,” said Derek Williams, president and CEO. “She brings a strong understanding of loan operations, a commitment to serving our customers and employees, and a genuine passion for our community.
