AdventHealth is partnering with seven restaurants across Northwest Georgia to provide free meals to veterans on Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11. The initiative is designed to recognize veterans for their military service and provide an opportunity for communities to show their appreciation. In Chattooga County, veterans can receive a complimentary breakfast at McDonald’s in Summerville, located at 11240 U.S. Highway 27, from 7 AM until 9 AM. In Rome, Chick-fil-A on Shorter Avenue will provide free meals to veterans from 11 AM until 1 PM. Additional participating locations include: “AdventHealth and our community partners are honored to recognize the men and women who have served our nation,” said Josefer Montes, executive director of marketing and communications. “Veterans Day is an opportunity to express our appreciation and connect with veterans in our communities through a simple gesture of gratitude.” AdventHealth says the restaurant partnerships reflect its ongoing commitment to supporting veterans and strengthening communities throughout Northwest Georgia. Veterans are encouraged to visit one of the seven participating restaurants during the designated serving hours on Wednesday, November 11, to receive their complimentary meal.
