Cherokee County School District high school students have achieved a record-high pass rate on Advanced Placement exams, the school district announced Monday. According to newly released results, Cherokee County School District students passed AP exams with a rate of 85.1% this past spring, up from 82.8% the previous year. This pass rate is the highest ever for the school district and ranks CCSD second in metro Atlanta, according to CCSD. AP exams earn students college credit at most state colleges and universities.
