The Madison County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) recently responded to the following incidents: •civil dispute/property dispute – non-criminal incident at Madison County Middle School, Hwy. 172, Comer, where a male was in the front office requesting a report for a child custody issue and the school refused to release the child to him. •domestic incident – no physical accusation at an Osley Mill Rd., Carlton, home where a domestic dispute with children involved took place. •criminal trespass at a SR 106 North, Danielsville, where a man having a mental crisis was criminally trespassed from the property. •harassing communications at a Blacks Creek Church Rd., Danielsville, residence, where a female reported she is being harassed on Facebook messenger by another female. •civil dispute/property dispute – non-criminal incident at Madison County Middle School, Hwy. 172, Comer, where a woman had attempted to pick up her grandchild and she was advised she would not be able to pick the child up. •battery/simple battery – FVA involving a juvenile at a home on Hudson River Church Rd., Danielsville. •harassing communications on Young Harris Rd., Danielsville, where a woman reported a possible violating of a stalking Temporary Protective Order (TPO). •simple assault – FVA and abuse/neglect/exploit – disabled/elderly person at a home on Beverly Ln., Hull, where a woman reported a male grabbed her by her shoulders and threw her down onto the chair causing a small laceration and bruising on both…
