SRTC nurse aide graduates achieve 100% pass rate on state certification exams – Moultrie Observer

Published 12:08 pm Tuesday, September 8, 2026 MOULTRIE —  Summer semester graduates from Southern Regional Technical College’s Nurse Aide program in Moultrie achieved a 100% passage on the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP). The NNAAP determines competency to become enrolled in the Georgia State Nurse Aide registry, making all three graduates Certified Nurse Aides (CNA). Among the three graduates was Madlyn Hicks of Norman Park. The three graduates completed their coursework in July 2026. Each graduate passed their board exam on the first attempt. This 100% first-attempt pass rate is a major accomplishment for this program and its students. “We are delighted with the achievements of our SRTC-Moultrie Nurse Aide students,” said SRTC’s Dean of Nursing Bobbie Hester, RN, MSN. “Their successful completion of the state board exams reflects both their commitment to excellence and the quality instruction provided by our dedicated faculty. These students have shown remarkable proficiency in essential patient care skills, laying a strong foundation for their healthcare careers.”
