This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Putnam County Jail, and can include arrests made by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, the Algood, Baxter, Cookeville, and Monterey police departments, the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and other local law enforcement agencies.
