ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — The Cobb County School District (CCSD), the second-largest school system in Georgia, officially begins classes on Monday. Cobb County leaders have signaled that priorities this school year will include a continued focus on academic acceleration, literacy programs, and enhancing classroom technology infrastructure. For logistics and transportation, CCSD is urging parents to download the “Here Comes the Bus” app to track their student’s bus location in real-time. Families are advised to expect minor transportation delays during the first week as bus drivers and students adjust to new routes. Cobb County is one of 20 school districts starting classes Monday.
