A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the imposition, rate, computation, exemptions, and credits for state income tax, so as to exempt from state income tax income received as personal compensation for full-time duty in the active military service of the United States; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend various titles of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated so as to provide for separate restroom and changing areas for males and females in schools; to provide for sleeping arrangements on school trips to be made according to sex; to provide for definitions throughout the Official Code of Georgia Annotated of certain terms relating to sex; to provide for legislative findings on the importance of certain distinctions between the sexes; to require any collector of vital statistics throughout this state to identify each individual as either male or female; to replace the term “gender” throughout the Code with “sex”; to provide for definitions; to provide for conforming changes; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 3 of Title 46 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to generation and distribution of electricity generally, so as to revise provisions relating to solar power facility agreements; to revise provisions relating to the waiver of certain requirements of such agreements; to provide for the certification by the Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Natural Resources that solar power facility agreements meet certain requirements; to provide civil penalties; to revise and provide for definitions; to provide an effective date; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to provide a homestead exemption from City of Newnan ad valorem taxes for municipal purposes in an amount equal to the amount by which the current year assessed value of a homestead exceeds the base year assessed value of such homestead; to provide for definitions; to specify the terms and conditions of the exemption and the procedures relating thereto; to provide for applicability; to provide for compliance with constitutional requirements; to provide for a referendum, effective dates, automatic repeal, mandatory execution of election, and judicial remedies regarding failure to comply; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to motor vehicles and traffic, so as to require the placement of a special identifying sticker on the windshields of alternative fueled vehicles; to provide for the design and distribution of such stickers by the Department of Revenue; to provide for the designation of a vehicle as an alternative fueled vehicle on a motor vehicle registration application; to provide for a penalty; to provide for exceptions; to provide for definitions; to provide for legislative findings and purpose; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 32 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to highways, bridges, and ferries, so as to authorize the construction or maintenance of roads upon military bases or installations by the Department of Transportation when done so through agreement with and when paid for by the United States Department of Defense or other federal entity; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to advertising and sale of meat generally, so as to prohibit selling, offering for sale, trading, or distributing lab-grown meat; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 5 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions for ad valorem taxation of property, so as to limit exceptions to the breach of covenants for bona fide conservation use and forest land conservation use related to the solar generation of energy to existing contracts and to provide for applicability; to provide for sunsets; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
