Gaddy was arrested after getting caught embezzling the county funds last spring. She pleaded guilty to the theft late last year. For the theft, Gaddy was sentenced to 18 months in prison. “Gaddy stole more than half a million taxpayer dollars, misusing and abusing the personal information of dozens of former Troup County employees,” said U.S. Attorney Theodore S.
